Quiet Pools is joining with Lift Ottawa to host this special 6 week contemplative video series on Tuesday mornings. If you are married to a pastor or minister, this group is just for you. This meeting series is slightly different from the series offered on Thursday nights for the Leaders Circle in that we recognize the unique role of being married to a minister and we try to be more supportive. These meetings are longer – from 9:30 – 11:30 am and also include a prayer time. We desire that the group tracks together so we do ask for an “intentional” commitment to try, if possible, to attend all 6 videos. This is a free event but registration is essential. This is a free 6 week video contemplative teaching and reflective experience by Ruth Haley Barton called, ‘Sacred Rhythms – Arranging our Lives for Spiritual Transformation”, where we will learn to cultivate and experience biblical practices to grow closer to God. This is a separate group just for pastors wives and women married to ministers. Come out to a restful morning of peace and restoration through quiet reflections, life-giving discussion, prayer and refreshments.

Where and When? Tuesday mornings from 9:30 – 11:30 am at the One Way Ministry Center, 89 Auriga Drive, Ottawa (one block from the Met)

Format: light refreshments, connection time, short video teaching by Ruth, discussion on the teaching elements and life experiences, meaningful individual reflection exercises and a prayer time.We hope that you can join us!
